Chief of the Diplomatic Protocol
Ljubomir Mišurović was born on July 25, 1967 in Podgorica. He had graduated from the Faculty of Philology, Belgrade, and in 1999 he completed Mediterranean Academy for Diplomatic Studies in Malta.
After he had done internship in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Montenegro in the period 1996 - 1997 he became Advisor at the same Ministry.
After he had served as Advisor at the Trade Mission of Montenegro to Washington (2001-2002) he was appointed Independent Advisor at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Montenegro.
In 2003 he was appointed Chief of the Cabinet of Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of state community Serbia and Montenegro and in 2004 Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs of Montenegro.
In the period between 2007-2010 he was appointed as Minister-Counsellor at the Embassy of Montenegro in London.
Since 2010 he has served as Chief of Diplomatic Protocol and in 2013 he has been nominated as non-resident Ambassador of Montenegro to Ukraine, Georgia and Armenia.
He is married and has two children.
